Full details are then circulated via a digital brochure, allowing all interested developers to review the opportunity on equal terms. I usually invite formal offers within four weeks and aim to keep the exchange process within twelve weeks, ensuring momentum and certainty for everyone involved. There’s nothing more frustrating than submitting an offer and hearing nothing for months - so I make clear communication a priority throughout. I also undertake independent site searches on request, helping developers identify and secure off-market opportunities that meet specific criteria or growth targets.
